My account has been hacked

I have a lot of searches showing up in My activity logs that I never searched for. Some of the types of searches made me more concerned. Permission control searches as well as sms and a android dialer search. How can I find the Mal or spyware?? Plz help guys

Were they actual Google searches or were these just account activities by apps? Keep in mind - apps will "ping" the account for updates and these are innocuous activities.

Do you ever log into your Google account on any device available to the public (like a computer at work or at a public library)? If you forget to log out of your Google account on a public device, then any subsequent search anyone does on that machine will be attributed to your account.
