My Android 4.4 tablet is showing an error message after startup and it won't let me do anything but shut down, how can I fix this?

android 4.4 tablet showing error message after startup wont let me do anything but shut down

i have a kocaso tablet 9 inch quad core with android 4.4 system model MX9200. when i start it up it gets to the home screen and instantly error messages start popping up. They are:
Unfortunately, ConfigUpdater has stopped
Unfortunately, Email has stopped
Unfortunately, Clock has stopped
Unfortunately, StressTest for 4.4 has stopped
Unfortunately, the process android.process,media has stopped
Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped
Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped

it wont let me do anything but press ok then they all pop up continuously. the only thing it lets me do is shut it down. i bought it online so how do i fix this?

You may need to consider doing a reset. Try holding power and volume down to get to recovery, select reset, and then reboot system.
