My android box launcher keeps on shutting down.

Any number of reasons. A factory reset may fix it. Or a full flash of the firmware. The box has to be diagnosed, but most of them are cheaper than a diagnosis, so if you can't diagnose the problem, and the box isn't still under warranty, it's usually cheaper to replace it. (With a different one this time. Many companies have jumped on the "TC Box" wagon, and a lot of them are producing for price, not for quality.)
