AC Question

i try to sync my mobile contacts (lg g3) (android 5.0 ) with my google account but its not working :

- i enable sync and sync and check the contacts sync in accounts
and in the setting its showing last synced 12/07/2017 but still when i check my google account there is nothing there when i open google contacts.

Welcome to Android Central! Are the contacts actually saved to your Google account on the phone? Look at the contact details, or edit one of them -- which account does it say at the top? A contact that's saved to the local Phone account won't sync to your Google account -- you may have to manually select the Google account to save to when entering a new contact.

thank You B.Diddy
but in this case i have another tow questions :
1 if i have 300 contacts in my phone is there a way to move it all to google account one time ? or should one by one?
2 when i am adding new contact its automatic select phone contact .. is there a way make it Automatically added (the new contacts) to google account.

Thanks again

It takes a few steps to move contacts from the Phone account to your Google account:

1. Open the Contacts app, tap Menu, and look for an Export option.
2. Export the contacts to a VCF file. (I'm not sure if there's an easy way to specify contacts to export, or if it will export every single contact you have.)
3. Transfer that file to your computer (either via USB or uploading to your Google Drive).
4. Open Google Contacts on your computer browser, and click Menu>More>Import, and select the VCard option.
5. Select the VCF file.

I'm not sure about your second question, since it's been a while since I used a phone that has a Phone account (I've used Nexus phones for a while, which only save to the Google account). If you add a contact to your Google account, does the next one you add still default to the Phone account?
