my android device shows connecting to wifi then shows saved

[AC Question]

hello...i am facing a problem...my android device shows connecting to wifi then shows saved. It never actually connects to my home network. It's not just with my Home network but every network i try to connect. I tried everything. Factory reset, Hard reset. evrything..plzz help. Infact, aftert three to four days device started working normally.But again from yesterday ...i am facing the same problem..

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Does it happen in Safe Mode as well?On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

hey @belodion i tried every steps mentioned...doesn't work...now it keeps on saved or authentication error..plz help

I tried this solution for the same issue in my nexus 7 but it failed
it still continues the same state i even tried flashing
