My android kitkat phone has suddenly stopped few apps to work like explorer, mails at gmails are not opening, links mentioned on facebook are not opening, adobe reader etc. When clicking at any of those, it gives error "Unfortunately the app has closed". I have done factory reset but problem still persists.
