my android phone keeps disconnectring from my 2017 honda CRV ..

My Alcatel Tru phone connects to my Honda CRV Bluetooth ,will dial numbers, but disconnects after first ring.have car under one year. worked initially but no more.. can't figure if it is phone or car.. any ideas. ??

Try unpairing the phone from the car and forget the car in the phone. Then reconnect everything like an initial set up.
Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are simply auto connecting and knocking you out.
