My boyfriend downloaded spy software on my phone, he vets only phone most of the time I'm not sure how to get it removed from a boost mobile phone ZTE n 9130

The best way to remove a spy app is performing a factory reset. I would also recommend changing your passwords from a different device right after the reset. You may want to take legal advice as well. What was done may be illegal.
