My brand new Sony Xperia Z3 Compact has a total loss of power? How can I get it running?

i have bad experience about brand new sony xperia z3 compact.
i have buy this android at the shopping center in Jakarta.
The first it's running well, but suddenly almost 1 hour used, it's total loss power.
i have complain to these shops to replace with new product but I was disappointed that the Sony does not want to replace with a new one, but it is recommended to be fixed only to the service center sony.
I've done, and janjinnya only 2 weeks, but until now it's been 3 weeks more goods not been repaired.
I question whether it is really ugly sony product quality, new sehiggga used was faulty.
please the sony can answer.

Welcome to Android Central! Not sure if we can help you there--we don't have any direct affiliation with Sony. Did you buy the phone from an official Sony dealer? Or was it from some discount electronics store? Is there a chance it was a counterfeit phone, or perhaps a used/refurbished phone that they were trying to pass off as new?
