My charger is acting funky

When I plug in my charger that came with the phone it registers as if its plugged into a computer instead of a wall outlet. And it took 8 hrs to charge from 32% to 76%. Its not the phone because my daughters evo shift charger works just fine with it. I guess I have to buy a new charger. I've only had the phone for less than a month!

my house charger works fine .. But when i plug into car it changes to computer mode.. I have a dual use charger . Its plugged into dashboard cradle.. But when i use the other port it does it to me but not when in the cradle.

My phone goes to computer mode when I use my car charger. But it says its fully charged with only 5 minutes of charging from 70 percent. When I unplug it, it says its at 75 percent. Not sure what is going on.
