my child has forgotten her password in a kids app. its locked into the kids mode.

we cant unlock the kids mode on this app on our samsung tablet. this app has two different passwords and it can be put into parent mode or kid mode. we cant get out of the kids. or onto the main screen of the tablet. please help is there any way to format or overide this problem. thanks

You can go to Settings > Applications, then find this app and "clear data." If that doesn't work, uninstall then re-download it. (your data for that app will be deleted)
