My computer can't detect my phone after flashing boot

I unlocked bootloader and used Magisk Manager to flash TWRP, I do not know if I called it that correctly, I do not know it (sorry for mistakes, I'm from Poland) and my computer can't detect my device after connecting it to it, other devices are normally detected, what's the problem with it??? My device is HTC One A9s
