My contacts have been messed up can i get them back.

Im not very good with this digital world an my contacts from my phone are all messed up. Could u help me restore them.

More details would be helpful -- in what way are they messed up?

Do you know if the contacts are only saved locally on the phone (to the "Phone Account"), or are they saved to your Google account? Go to contacts.google.com on your computer browser and see if the contacts are there as well.
