My Coolpad goes black evertime i press the home button what's wrong?

Idk what's wrong but I have a coolpad model 3622A and I've never had one before and now I can't press the home button without it going completely black except for the notification bar and where it used to have metropcs it's just a space plz help

Its defaulty, i think, u should contact the manufacturer, i had the same problem and i found out it over heated and because of that it fired some of the important sensors.

Do a simple wipe on the system cache in recovery mode. Best place to start.
