My disconected sim no appears in green when my wi go and data both are no on how and why??

I have a disocnneted starus sim no, which appeared in green for past two days when my data and wifi both are not on.. how this is possibke and why please answer tgis how to fix this stupid thing as I am literaly fed up with the misunderstaings that are being created bcoz of this in y life..... plzzzzz
