My document file and download file are empty all of the sudden, have I been hacked?

I think someone has hacked my phone. Keep trying to get into my Google account and the pasword isn't correct. Then all my pics, music everything was empty. Then about 20 minutes later they were back and someone tried to get into my fb account a couple of days before, but I got a notification . That had me looking in the first place.

Sometimes android phone has such problems. and of course it maybe hacked. Have u checked ur phone or any file lost?
