My earphones is not working over video calls.

I'm facing some issues with my earphone. When I play music or video while using earphones they are working perfectly fine but main problem starts over video calls. Whenever I use my earphone over video call the sound comes from the phone speakers, over video call my earphone is not working. Please help me out with this.

Are you using a specific app for video calls? It's up to the app to support headsets for calls or not. I remember FB Messenger didn't support them when I tried them a couple years ago, and Skype seems spotty with them as well. Are you using wired or BT headphones?
