auto insurance companies give rental insurance while they fix a car.
since we're talking about phones and not cars though, i'd why not just send pre-paid postage for return of the loaner and if you don't get it back in 30 days ask sprint to charge the account for the price of the phone until it's returned.
for all the phones they insure i doubt they're going broke over losing dumb phone loaners...
Exactly my thoughts... Thats the same process they have for your phone.. If you do not send it back then you get charged for it... Pretty plain and simple..
