I have downloaded files from emails. For a while I can locate them in My Files but after a while they disappear. They don't even show in the Hanscom recent documents. Anyone else having this problem? Am I saving them wrong? HELP!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the Downloads "app" to look for those files? Keep in mind that it usually hides files that were downloaded more than about a month ago, but you can bring it up again by tapping where it says "Older downloads" or something to that effect.
I personally find Astro File Manager a much more comprehenive product.It makes finding files easy and allows me to access files on my network to download to my Pro Note.
