My fingerprint scanner isn't working and I can't remember my password

How do I get in? I called my cell phone provider and they told me to call Google. Google said they can't help me over the phone and that I should go online. The location is not on, I don't remember the password, it won't accept my fingerprint and now I'm locked out. Has anyone experienced this? Can you tell me what to do?

I would get on a PC and contact Google as instructed.
