Help! I have an LG G4 from T-Mobile (H811) running 6.0, and for most of the day, it will play games and web browse just fine without hardly a stutter. For some reason though, I'll decide to play a game later on and it will drop massive frames and never clears up again. The same will happen during web browsing in CM browser. Smooth at first, then crazy sluggish out of nowhere. I've also had constant sluggishness (not randomly) in Gmail, Dolphin browser, and Nova launcher app drawer too.
Letting the phone cool didn't work.
Clearing the cache didn't work.
Restarting didn't work.
Toggling GPU rendering didn't work.
Re flashing the firmware didn't work.
Factory resetting didn't work.
I didn't have these issues while on 5.1, but ever since this 6.0 "update" came to my phone in February, it's been having this problem. I actually got a warranty exchange (my current one. Last one got the bootloop) and it has the EXACT same issues as my old one as far as the performance irregularities. The phone doesn't even have to be hot for this to happen. The other night, I was playing Hill Climb racing while on the charger. So the phone was pretty warm, but hardly had any frame drops at all.
I already went to the T-Mobile forums, but they were no help at all. They all swear that their G4s run just fine. I went on Google+, but no luck there either.
If there's any app at all that actually runs better, it's YouTube. That runs fantastic.
