My Galaxy A5 just fried up and is broken. How can I import my contacts to my new phone I get?

Details are pretty much in the question. My phone literally fired up and got carved in half. I did not ever transfer any of my contacts to my pc or anything like that. I did not have external memory either but was able to salvage my sim card. I did have a gmail account set up on my phone. Will I be able to get my contacts back?

My phone has no usb access too as a result of frying up.

If you were saving your contacts to your Google account they will automatically restore when you log in with Google on the new phone.

If they were saved directly to the phone memory, they are probably lost.
