Android Central Question

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, I've had it for around a year probably, and recently it would charge very slowly (Around 5% per 30 mins while shut down completely). Sometimes when I wake up, it won't even be charged to 100%. I've tried so many different chargers (factory charger + 3 store-bought chargers) and then all pop up the notification where it says "Weak Charging" or "Charging from a USB" or something like that. I honestly am starting to think my phone's battery is wack. Can I possibly get any help as to what I should do next?

Possibly, I've had problems with Android phones where the port would be pushed into the phone itself and the charger won't reach it, but, when that happened it would either charge or won't charge at all. If it is the charger port, is it possible to replace it, or should I just get a new phone and end the pain?
