My galaxy s4 shows 0% battery even with full charge

Hi, i have a galaxy s4 i545 that suddenly shows me a message that i should connect a charger and shows 0% battery even with a new battery full charged installed, has anyone an idea of how solve this issue.

Welcome to Android Central! How do you know the new battery is fully charged? Did you charge it up on a separate charger? Or does it show 100% on another phone?
