My galaxy s5 wont play video or audio. When attempting to play any video. It constantly reloads

Videos dont play. They constantly keep reloading and never play beyond the first second. My headphone symbol won't appear when I plug my headphones in and no audio comes through. No audio comes out the speaker, when in video calls, I cannot be heard by the other side. Snapchat videos wont play. Ive factorh reset my phone. Turned it off and on countless times. Uninstalled and eventually reinstalled google+. Ive cleared my cache, ive put it in safe mode. I dont have the money to upgrade, please help me fix my phone.

Welcome to Android Central! If all of these issues happen in Safe Mode, then something is wrong with either the firmware or the phone's hardware. You could try reinstalling the firmware using Smart Switch (http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914) or Odin (http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html). If it still happens, then it's probably some kind of hardware issue.
