My Galaxy Tab S - WiFi stuck on turning on.., how can I fix this?

Galaxy Tab S - WiFi stuck on "turning on..."

I rebooted my tablet to try and fix a sound glitch with a game and now the wifi won't turn back on at all. It sits at "turning on...." for a moment then the power slider for it automatically turns "Off".

Can you boot into recovery and reset the device or factory reset it. That may help.
