My Gear S2 unable to pair with my Note8

My Gear S2 unable to pair with my Note8, the gear s2 was working fine with Note5 until I replace the phone last week.
I have hard-reset the Gear S2 several time also reinstall the Gear Manager on Note8 several time but issue persist, Bluetooth on Note8 and Gear S2 working fine as they can talk to each other its only issue when it comes to connect the Gear Manager to the watch.

My Gear S2 works fine with my Note 8. You may want to try resetting the watch.

Reset the watch and then add it as a new device.

dear friends,
I have upgraded the firmware of the watch to latest OS and still it does NOT work, also its has been reset several time as a new device. The watch is now working ad-hoc, very sad!, hope someone else can help me.
I am thinking of resetting my Note8 but would like to hear first from you people.

I have also tried to pair with my wife Galaxay A8+ 2018 but also have the same problem.

I received my Note8 on the 19th of April, I had no problems pairing it with my gear s2. The 1st thing I did on the watch was connect to a new device. The watch did the rest from there. Hope you get it paired correctly.
Love my Note8.
