My Google music used to sync automatically, now it does not. What could have stopped it?

Google music used to sync automatically, now it does not.

Hello, I used to be able to just click on "add to my library" in my Chrome browser and it would automatically sync with my phone and download to my phone. For some reason it doesnt do that, I have to manually click on it in my phone and download all albums this way. Is there a way to turn on auto sync again? I have read through some troubleshooting google is offering, but it does not seem to help.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify your question a bit? Where in the Chrome browser are clicking to add music to your library? Are you talking about the Google Play Music site, and do you have All Access?
