My GOOGLE POXEL 3a goes off whenever i connect it to Bluetooth

It powers off whenever I connect it to Bluetooth or use a headphone jack...this started occuring after the android 12 update....Ive tried factory reset but it still does powers off.... please any help

Do you mean that just the screen turns off, or the whole phone powers off?
