My group messaging is screwed..

[Android Central Question]

Everytime i receive a text in a group, they come to me individually, requiring me to click on the download box. Once i do that it disappears from our one on one conversation and then alerts me of a group text??? The people at att said the reason was bc someone on the thread had an i phone. I know thats bs, bc it's never happened before. Please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! First, make sure your phone's mobile data is turned on, and that you're not just on wi-fi, since group texts are MMS and require mobile data.

Second, go to the messaging app's settings and look for an option for group texting. Make sure that's turned on.

BTW, which phone do you have, and which messaging app are you using?
