My htc desire 510 is stuck on logo screen

[AC Question]

A couple weeks ago my friend tryed to root my HTC desire 510 and ever since then when I try to turn it on it gets stuck on the logo screen, when I tryed to fastboot it, it says on the top **tampered** and **locked** I tryed factory resetting it and it still won't work, I really love the phone and would appreciate any help, thanks
