My htc dna wont hotspot

I have t mobile service on my htc dna, everytime i try to hotspot it says i need an verizon sim card to use this feature. Can some one help me with this.

Welcome to Android Central! I've never tried using a Verizon phone on another network, so I can't be sure of the details. But the Hotspot app that comes with Verizon phones is intended for the Verizon network. If you want to use your phone as a wifi tether, try FoxFi, although keep in mind the free version has a relatively short time limit to tether before you have to reactivate again. The paid version removes this limitation--it's $8, but if it's important to you, that's not really too expensive.

I tried still after installing the certificate and pattern lock , same issues hotspot still will not connet ..please its really getting me pissed ..anyone to help on this
