My INL3D intra 4 quad core box does not want to start at all!

So I bought an INL3D intra 4 quad core box and it is not starting at all. I searched and searched but I can not find anyone who has this problem. I have tried resetting it by inserting a toothpick in the AV input while inserting the power cord, but the box will not start whatsoever. What should I do?

You need to speak to where you bought the device, it sounds like it has some sort of fault.

My inl3d intra 4 was working , all of a sudden it won't start anymore i pull all the plugs out tried to restart still nothing it blinks in and out no way of knowing how to fix it

Shep 28, do you have firmware for the inl3d ultra 4 with s812 and ap6224 wifi? I have upgraded the one with ap6330 to 5.1.1 no problem, but the ap6234 seems to be a real oddball
