my keyboard doesn't work

I made an update to my galaxy s6 edge and now I can't open it the keyboard isn't work I don't want to lose my photos can anyone help me open my phone without losing anything please ?!

Why is my keyboard stop working

I made an update to my galaxy s6 edge phone then it wouldn't be open it's keep telling me that the keyboard has been stopped what should I do ?I want to open my phone without losing my photos

Are you talking about a system update? You can force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down together for about 15 seconds.. Then boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095
