My LG G2 still has no Lollipop Update? What to do?

I know this might sound weird to some of you, but my LG G2 still got no Lollipop update. Can I (hopefully) download the update through LG's PC Suite? I'm from the Philippines.

And another thing, my LG G2 shipped with Android KitKat preloaded. Is that strange or okay?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't see any problem with KitKat being preloaded. When it came out, it had Jellybean, but later models may have already had KitKat preinstalled. Or if it's a used or refurbished unit, the previous owner updated it to KitKat.

Did you get the phone unlocked? Do you know if it was originally from a US carrier? If so, carrier-specific phones usually have to be on that carrier's network in order to get the OTA update.

LG PC Suite should allow you to update to the most recent update available for the phone (although I'm not sure if it'll work correctly on a carrier-specific phone).
