My LG G3 touch screen is unresponsive, how can I fix it?

lg g3 touch screen unresponsible

in a self diagnostic test of lg g3 I suddenly press " touch firmware upgrade" after that my lg's touch is not responding. even touch becomes so hard and if a press left side it wok on right side.

Try first a Power Off and Restart. Get back to us if no go.
