My LG G3 won't turn on. How do I fix it?

I rooted my LG G3 D852 and flashed Cloudy Rom. Now, in order for me to turn it on I always have to take the battery out, plug in the charger, then when I see picture that says no battery, put my battery back in and then it starts charging and I can turn it on. I need to know how I can fix this problem. I want to revert back to stock but am worried that I won't be able to since one of the steps involves having to power the phone on.

The only thing I can suggest you is to replace the battery and that may fix the issue for you. I am concerned that the customized ROM installed maybe is draining the battery.
