My LG G4 got a software update on 20.11.15 & now won't accept incoming calls...

Hi, my LG G4 will not receive any incoming calls since i updated the phone software yesterday (20.11.15). It shows there is a call attempting to reach me, but it says 'Unfortunately, Phone has stopped'. I've done a full factory reset & the problem continues. Any ideas?
