My LG Stylo 4 Keeps Saying 'Settings Has Stopped' or 'Lockscreen Settings Has Stopped'

[Android Central Question]

So I just reset my LG Stylo 4 completely (got rid of all data, memory, apps, ect) and now when I try to get in to my Stylo, it isn't able to take me to the lockscreen because a notification keeps popping up. It either says 'settings has stopped' or 'lockscreen settings has stopped'. If there is a way I can fix this, how do I do so?

Welcome to Android Central! Is there a reason you did the reset in the first place? Was the phone malfunctioning in some way?
