Try actually going into My Magazine and uncheck here and now. The whole app is not compromised just one part. That should resolve the issue until Samsung addresses it.

My friend with an AT&T note 3 had been experiencing this issue for a while now. I have not ran into it yet on my T-Mobile note 3. I don't use it but my friend does because he likes flip board.

I just solved the same problem by stopping SHealth, which is included in the magazine.

I have to say that this is so f****Ing annoying. It's happened three times in 20 minutes. I am about to throw my phone. I just deactivated here and now, let's see if that works. I believe you can uncheck everything right?

There are a few threads regarding My Magazine stopping responding or crahsing, mine starting to crash a week after i bouthg the phone, i am not sure what changed. I got it working just unchecking everything except the one that says Personal, and move it to the first place, i unchecked everything else. Most likely the app was timing out getting info for all the categories at once. I also noticed that My Magazine was using 160Mb of my Ram, cleared and restarted the app from the Management App. So far so good.

I am having the same problem. TMobile said they do not have an answer to contact the developer. I need help as it prevents me from using my phone.
