My mobile has no cgnal

[AC Question]

My cp is s5 mini.one day my cp told me that have a virus.and he told me that u must unistall this.i follow what my cp told me.and after that my cp has no cgnal.i put in manual to look for cgnal but my cp keep telling that i dont have sim card even though my sim card was inside.and evrytime thier is some notice to inform me that my diagmont has stop.and also my samsung tex to speech has stop.since then i dont have any cgnal on my phone.but still i use my wifi cgnal for internet
Please help me to get back my phone cgnal.i planning to reset my mobile but im scared that my phone gonna totally destroy

If your wifi works....try to install this: https://www.malwarebytes.org/mobile/

Afterwards, try entering recovery, and wiping the Cache Partition, before you do the full reset. Cache wipe delete no important data.
