My mobile keeps sending a strange text message to another mobile number repeatedly.

Hi all, I am using a Samsung S6 edge plus for 3 yrs. For last one and half month, my mobile is sending a strange text message to another mobile number, even when mobile is in locked mode. Can anyone guide if the mobile is hooked or its some system log. Also, the text messages are being sent after period of 10 days or so, but text remains essentially same as following:-
"DCB_ASSOCIATION:Y3890K4443TG2UF8Q97S9CTEG54FIAPNT"
Can anyone guide, plz.

OR
"DCB_ASSOCIATION:Y3890K47J7N3R78AQ9NUPU8KI0BH8GLSG"
OR
"DCB_ASSOCIATION:Y3890K40NC08OSCS08INOBO3CTAGPCDQO"
And many more. I cant get a hang of it.
Can anyone guide, plz.
