My Moto E is struck at the blue logo, what do I do ?

my Moto e is Struck at the blue logo what to do ?

i bought my moto e last year in July after a yaer the battery started draining fast & frequent shut downs . Now my phone is struck at the blue logo after whole the multiple switch on screens .I tried Manual Rebooting and factory reset( By pressing volume down key ) no response still at the same screen . Please Help what to do
