My MXQ pro smart 4k shut down for ever but the blue light is still on, what should I do?

Hello, I have a MXQ Pro smart 4k. I wasn´t connecting to wifi so in the screen of my tv appear a message. It said: shut down or reset? I selected shut down, and now my tv on Hdm1 is black. It shut down for ever. I tried to resert the convertor but it doens´t work. The blue light is always on, anyway. Thankyou! Andrea
