My navigation bar and notification bar auto hid after a few seconds

I can not figure out how to turn this off. It use to always show both all the time. Any ideas? I am using the stock launcher.

I am using the stock launcher right now. I tried the nova launcher and same problem.

Try rebooting the device, is this happening only in web browser?

It happens no matter where I am at in my phone. Reboot does nothing.

I assume you mean safe mode. I will give that a try and report back.

Safe mode lol
Press the power button until it displays on your screen then long press the power button until it says safe mode and it should restart in it , to exit safe mode just restart device at any time

Maybe try resetting your app preferences first... I've had it fix some strange issues like yours

I think the only thing left is try a cache partition wipe in the recovery menu. That's easy and it won't hurt to try before the factory reset

Yeah settings
Make a copy of your current setup through Smart Switch PC that way u can restore at any time

I to was having this problem on my Samsung Note 10. Turns out there is a small dot on the far left of the navigation bar, that when double clicked will enable or disable the auto hide of the nav bar.

So how does that small dot get onto the Navigation bar? That dot is enabled using the Samsung Good Lock program (under the NavStar options).
