My new car (new model), VW T-Cross gets my contacts randomly

[Android Central Question]

There is a limit on the car contacts. 2000.
I have 3105 on my phone.

All devices take the contacts in the same standard order:
Space, symbols, numbers, letters, other languages.

So what I did is just add z- in front of my secondary contacts and with this when I did my smartwatch that had limit 500, it took my normal numbers instead of numbers I don't use everyday.

The car does NOT take the numbers in the above alphanumeric order, and it does not take them in the time of storing. I added 2 numbers of the car company first, then a number of the technical department. Then 4 more of managers etc. It takes the 3rd number ONLY.

I asked them about this and none of them knows anything about it.
They even have trouble understanding what I was telling them!!

So as I found this page on my search for a solution, I thought I would put it here too.
So any ideas?

Note: I also tried the Bluetooth File Transfer but I don't think the system saves them from .vcf
