My Nexus 5 keeps turning off

how do u clear cache???? how do u go in recovery mode?
my phone wont stop shutting off on 100% battery sometimes takes half hr or hr to turn it back on wat to do?????

I too have the same problem but its really serious. I'm not able to load bootloader. When I tried to open bootloader it's again switching off. And I don't have USB debugging mode switched on. What should I do to overcome the problem please tell me

Tell us when rebooting occurs at a certain process- random?
After an ota update? What software- stock or root?
Check for a day with safe mode if it will reboot- No then a damaged apk you installed recently?
Yes then check for the power button if it is stuck. If you can't enter bootloader due to sudden reboot probably the button is the problem.
Second you could try factory reset (back up everything you need). If you continue to face problem then if there is a warranty check the battery.

Go to settings - backup and reset - factory data reset. Does the same thing
