I am on android 11 when I update it to android 12 additional aps get locked then I downgraded it and fingerprint is not working

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that apps got locked in Android 12? Do you mean they weren't compatible with Android 12, and therefore couldn't open?
How did you downgrade to Android 11? Android devices are not meant to be downgraded easily, so the steps are usually a bit involved, and there's always some chance the user does something wrong (like flashing the wrong firmware for the phone). Flashing the wrong firmware can potentially mess up the fingerprint sensor.
