My Only Hesitation is Battery Life

Yeah, no real surprise though. The Edge has a smaller screen and a larger battery.

And amoled, which is the main weight for difference. More telling is the straight media streaming. The 7E lasts about twice as long and almost that for the Note 4 and Note 7. The video streaming has the least app bias, so more indicative of the display's weight for battery drain. The difference is huge and mainly due to the display.

Correct. They're different in size.

How would there be much difference between pre-release and finals (not seen any review that resulted in much better if any)? The key would be actual LTE reception, since that is the wild card- weak LTE drains quickly.

lol. let's see. HTC EVO, Nexus 4G, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 5, LG Optimus G, LG G2, LG G4, LG V10.

So, it's better than a lot of those.. From 3pm to 2 am last night I used the screen for 5 hours, took video, listened to music to test the speaker and such. used LG health.. didn't change any of the out of box settings.. I have 40% left.. I thought that was pretty good.

Still testing though.

lol. yeah. i know. As soon as the Galaxy line started, I ditched Samsung.. Not a fan of those phones at all. There's a thread here for battery life now.
