Question My phone does not charge past 60%

So my Infinix Hot 10S is not charging past 60 . I left it to charge for an hour and it is still stuck in 60 . What can I do to solve it?

Did you restart your phone?

Have you tried another charger or cable?

Are there any apps that are unusually using a high amount of battery?

Also, make sure there aren't any system settings or 3rd party battery apps that put a limit on the maximum charge -- some phones have this kind of feature, which is intended to prolong the lifespan of the battery (since repeated charging to 100% can contribute to battery degradation over the years compared to charging to 80%).
